DESIGN BRIEF
Located in the new Smart Centre in Richmond, the Burger King restaurant was a first‐time tenant in a new base building under construction. Coordination between the landlord, Burger King corporate stakeholders and the franchisee was key to the successful completion of the tenant improvement.

DESIGN BRIEF
The original strip mall of King George Highway in Surrey City Centre has many fast food standalone buildings from the 1950s and the 1960s. The existing building was underutilized and required an interior renovation to update the front of house of the dining area and to re‐demise the interior space for a new tenant unit. The exterior renovation included a new signage structure tied into the existing roof to provide a more contemporary look and feel.

Oxygen Yoga provides health and wellness to its client base and the interior spaces include an open space teaching room, changing and washroom facilities with a modest entry reception. Landlord and franchisee coordination and contractor facilitation is key to these quick construction schedules and permitting requirements.
