ALESTHER METAL
Burnaby Industrial Warehouse and Office

DESIGN BRIEF
Located at the end of a cul‐de‐sac in the industrial zoned southwest corner of Burnaby just east of Boundary Road, Alesther Metal is a purpose‐built office warehouse. The tilt up construction of the warehouse concrete panels and the steel framed three storey office also include a freight elevator to access all office levels. The complexities of the steeply sloped site also adds to the contemporary landscape and open lunch seating area at the front of the building.

SCOTT ROAD SHOPPING CENTRE
Surrey Commercial Retail Units Exterior Renovation

DESIGN BRIEF
The original early 1980s outdoor shopping centre located on the major arterial road of Scott Road consists of four standalone commercial use buildings. The exterior renovation included the modernization of the exterior colours and shrouding of the building corners with aluminum horizontal slats and polycarbonate boxes at the top with backlit colour changing LED lights. The LED lit polycarbonate boxes are pre‐programmed to allow for seasonal theme colours and pulsate at night to animate the building on the commercial strip.
