CARMAN KWAN, Principal Architect AIBC, LEED® AP
With over 20 years of local industry experience, Carman was formerly a Principal of Hearth Architectural Inc. Her project experience has spanned over many sectors that include both private and public sectors including project management. With a strong focus on housing in many forms that include market and rental residential and supportive housing, the level of commitment to providing housing choices within a dynamic urban environment is central to Carman’s professional practice. Sustainability through reuse of heritage and character building retention is also central to her interest. Large or small, all clients and project types are valued and she enjoys bringing clarity and resolution in her work. On personal interests, road cycling on the weekends is a must!
SHATHA BAKER, Intern Architect AIBC
With 13 years of local industry experience and over 20 years of professional experience, Shatha has a strong background in multi-family residential design. From front end schematic design to construction documentation, Shatha has many professional skill sets that make her a valuable team member. With a keen interest in 3D modelling and a fan of Revit, Shatha enjoys the challenges of building technology. On personal interests, Shatha is dedicated to spending time with her family!
ROUBA FAHED, Intern Architect AIBC
Rouba has completed a post-graduate diploma in Project Management at Douglas College in addition to her Master and Bachelor degrees in Architecture. Her work experience in architecture began working alongside her family of developers. Rouba has a strong foundation based on site experience and construction coordination on large and small scale residential and commercial projects. On personal interests, Rouba has picked up her boxing skills again!
HAROLD DAWANG, Technologist
A graduate of the BCIT Architectural Building Technology Program and completing with a Bachelor of Architectural Sciences, Harold has a balanced approach both to design and building technology. Harold’s energetic attitude is infectious and adds to his important contributions to project work. On personal interests, Harold enjoys exploring the local back country on foot!
